Store and customer service hours for August

Valencia Basket is facing this coming August with special hours due to the summer season and the upcoming relocation of its facilities to the Roig Arena, which is very close to its opening. These will be the store and season-ticket holder hours.

Fonteta Store

During the week of July 28th to August 1st, our Fonteta store will be open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the morning and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the evening. During the week of August 4th to 8th, our store will be open mornings only, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Starting August 9th, we will close the Fonteta store to relocate to the Roig Arena, leaving the L’Alqueria del Basket store available.

L'Alqueria del Basket Store

Throughout the month of August, the L'Alqueria store will be open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Here you can find clearance purchases and stock from the previous season.

Official VBC Store at Roig Arena

On Monday, August 25th, at a time yet to be determined, the official opening of the new Valencia Basket store at Roig Arena will take place. It will be located on Calle Pinor Gassent, on the south side of the Arena. This new official store will be open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. without interruption.

Season Ticket Holders' Office

During the month of August, the season ticket holders' office, located in L'Alqueria del Basket, will be moving to the Fonteta offices and will be open during the following hours: From July 28th to August 1st, it will be open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. From August 4th to 8th, it will be open in the morning from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. From August 14th to 22nd, service will be provided exclusively by phone at these two numbers: 963957084 and 620230450, as we will be in the middle of the move to the Roig Arena. Starting on August 25th, service will be permanently relocated to the "Fans' Office," located in the Official Valencia Basket Store at the Roig Arena.

You can pick up your Welcome Pack at this office starting September 8th.

As we reminded you yesterday, you can pick up your Welcome Pack starting Monday, September 8th. However, to avoid lines, you must make an appointment. You can request an appointment at this link starting this coming Tuesday at 10 a.m.
